You can choose between these delivery options:
Standard Delivery – Up to 3 working days - £4.
Next Day Delivery - next day if you place your order before 12pm and receive your order the very next day (excludes Public/Bank Holidays) - £5.95.
Working days do not include weekends or holidays.

It is possible to return your items(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our website. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.
A return must be shipped with track & trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

WRONGLY DELIVERED GOODS
We will offer you a full refund of the full purchase price within the first 30 days upon receipt of goods, provided that you return the goods to us and the following conditions are met:
The goods have not suffered damage after delivery or in transit back to us;
The goods have not been misused or used other than in the accordance with the instructions;
Been delivered in a faulty condition
Developed a fault within the product lifetime; or have been delivered to you in error.
Alternatively, at your option, we would be happy to offer a replacement for the item.
CANCELLING ORDERS / WRONG ADDRESS
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing carried out in our warehouse and the speed of which we prepare and dispatch items. Shipping to certain countries may be subject to you paying for the additional shipping or postage costs. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
